The product(s) ordered by you are under your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the mentioned delivery address. This means that you are solely responsible for any damage or loss which occurs after this time. A delivery signature is mandatory for any delivery, at which point the ownership of the product(s) will be transferred to you, the buyer, or the nominated recipient.

In case of a nominated recipient, who is different from the buyer, you hereby agree to accept their signature as evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be delivered to any mentioned delivery address in Dubai within 2-5 business days.

We do not deliver goods to post boxes or virtual addresses. We can only ship to one address per order within Dubai.

If the first delivery attempt is unfulfilled due to unavailability of the recipient / or change of location / or incorrect address, the sender will be notified. Thereafter, reattempted / re-routed deliveries will be charged an additional AED 40 (for Dubai) and AED 50 (for Sharjah).
