All our chocolates are handmade in small batches.
Each bonbon is handcrafted with the finest couverture chocolate, freshly roasted nuts, home-ground spices and luscious fillings.

We emphasize on preservative-free and alcohol-free chocolates with no palm oil/hydrogenated fats or artificial flavors/additives. Our chocolates are also completely eggless.

Due to the presence of cocoa butter, couverture chocolate may develop a bloom (white hue). Bloomed chocolates are perfectly safe to eat and taste the same.

Ideally, chocolates should be stored between 16-18 Degrees Celsius (60-64.5 F) with a relative humidity of 40-60 %.
